30 Days of Love
30 Days of Love gives you a companion that hands you the first few words, every morning, for 30 days. Five minutes a day, in the AI chat app you already use.
Your companion is an AI. For adults. Not therapy or counseling. 33-day money-back guarantee.
If this sounds familiar
It is rarely a lack of love. It is the blank page, the freeze, the feeling of being silly. So this practice takes the blank page away. Small, true moments, repeated daily, tend to matter more than one big conversation; John Gottman’s research on couples points to the everyday habit of turning toward each other.
Every morning, the same five minutes
1
The same few breaths and the same sentence all week. By day four your body knows what is coming and settles faster.
2
Never a blank page. "Something small you do that makes my day easier is ___." One true word counts.
3
A few seconds with how it felt to say it. This is the step that turns a moment into a habit.
4
You always know you are finished for today, and exactly what tomorrow holds.
Four weeks, one path
Week 1
Small, easy, true. Appreciation you can say without bracing.
Week 2
The sentences you have meant to say for years, in your own words.
Week 3
Letting love in, and letting go of what is yours to let go.
Week 4
Look back, keep what worked, carry one daily act forward.
What you get for $33
Heart, Higher Self, Soul, or a name of your own. It learns your words on Day 1 and uses them, so suggestions sound like you, not a greeting card.
Connection: one message a day to your partner and, if you like, one more person you love. Self-Love: one to the you of today and one to the you of tomorrow.
Your companion cannot message you, so on Day 1 it walks you through a phone alarm, iPhone or Android, and checks it with you.
A map of your month, a weekly report, and a quick check any time. Built only from what you actually did; missed days are named kindly, never hidden.
Too much today? Swap the message for a hug, a note or a slow walk. Something kind still happens, and coming back is the practice.
The practice runs in your own chat app. Nothing comes to us unless you choose to send it.
Where it comes from
Brian Wroblewski wrote the first version of this practice for his own family, then rebuilt it so anyone can use it, with the safeguards a daily companion needs: an honest voice, room for hard days, and a clear line that it is a practice, not therapy.
Want Brian to read your practice as it unfolds?
The weekly synthesis is an optional upgrade: you upload each week’s checkpoint and Brian writes back what it shows, with your numerology and a healing roadmap at the end.
Questions
Any AI chat app you already use: Claude, ChatGPT or another. You paste the file into a new chat and the companion takes it from there.
No. It is a daily practice for noticing and saying what you appreciate. Your companion is an AI, not a person, and it is not therapy, counseling or medical care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US.
About ten minutes on Day 1, then about five minutes a day. The last day of each week takes about ten.
Missing one or two days is fine; you pick up where you left off. After three or four, a short check-in helps you plan around what got in the way. After five in a row, the 21-day core starts fresh, and everything you wrote stays.
Adults who want to say more of what they feel, to a partner, a child, a friend or themselves. It is not the right tool if you feel unsafe with your partner or are in a crisis right now.
$33, both versions. If it is not worth it to you, ask within 33 days for a full refund.
